Why is there no price list on the website?
The cost depends on the hours, the type of care and the support your loved one needs, so we work it out for each family. Call us or send the form and we’ll give you a clear quote.
What’s included in the price?
Your quote covers the carer’s pay, PAYE, PRSI and USC, insurance, holiday and sick cover, replacement carers at no cost, and a care manager who plans the care with you. If there’s a one-time set-up cost, your quote will show it before anything starts.
Is there a charge for a quote?
A quote is free, and there’s no obligation to go ahead.
What if our needs change?
Tell your care manager. They’ll plan the changes with you and explain how they affect the cost.
Can private care work alongside HSE home support?
Yes. Our carers work alongside HSE hours, and we quote only for the extra care your family wants. There’s no HSE assessment queue for private care.
Do we pay the carer directly?
Your carer is employed by UIH, so we pay them and handle PAYE, PRSI and USC. You pay us for the care.
