What is live in care?
Live-in care is when a carer lives in your home to help with daily tasks and provide companionship. This type of care ensures constant available assistance for individuals who need it. The goal is to help clients stay safely and comfortably in their own homes, rather than moving into a care home or nursing facility. Live-in care provides continuity that isn't possible with multiple carers coming in shifts.
Lite vs Premium
Our UIH Lite plan is designed as a cost-effective option where we leverage our expertise to recruit a suitable carer, whom the family then employs directly. This approach lowers the overall cost compared to a fully managed service. While the Lite plan means the family takes on the responsibilities of direct employment, it's a proven model that works effectively for families seeking quality care within specific budget parameters.
